
Refund and Returns Policy for Luxe Gem Treasures

At Luxe Gem Treasures, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return or refund according to the conditions outlined below. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- Credit Card/Bank: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal/Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
If your return is not approved (for reasons such as damaged or altered items), we will notify you and offer the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and let us know which item you would like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will notify you of any additional charges or refunds.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please first check your bank or payment provider. If it has been longer than the stated processing time, contact us at info@luxegemtreasures.com, and we will investigate the issue.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the damaged item.
7. Sale or Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
